Authorial position

CTSD was not developed only as an academic exercise or ideological manifesto. It emerged from long-term intellectual work aimed at understanding and responding to systemic crises: erosion of identity, weakening of independent decision, institutional hollowing, and loss of the ability to define one’s path in technological environments.

Why CTSD was created

CTSD arose from the observation that a growing share of modern decisions is made without a full subject: through algorithms, procedures, external incentives, or short-term efficiency. Under such conditions, individuals, institutions, and states gradually lose the capacity to define their own path and take responsibility for it.

Methodological foundations

CTSD is a conceptual and methodological framework. It combines philosophical, sociological, political, educational, and technological analysis through domain-based thinking. It does not replace existing disciplines or political models, but offers a shared language for assessing and restoring subjecthood.

Limits of application

CTSD is not a universal ready-made formula and does not replace legal, cultural, or institutional specificity. Its application always depends on context and requires a responsible approach.

Authorship and responsibility

The author carries responsibility for the conceptual and methodological integrity of CTSD. The theory is open to study, discussion, and academic reference while preserving intellectual property and authorial responsibility.
